  • Assess the truth of any statement
  • Judge the honesty, intent, or conduct of any person
  • Provide legal, journalistic, academic, or other professional advice

Any analysis is written by a third-party artificial intelligence service that Softenius LLC does not own, operate, or control, and it may be wrong. Users remain solely responsible for evaluating any analysis, verifying it independently before relying on it, and for how they use, publish, or share it.

Contexta must not be used to defame or harass any person, to compile profiles or records about identifiable individuals, or to make decisions that significantly affect any person.

The installation and use of Contexta are governed by the Contexta End User License Agreement, available at softenius.com/contexta/eula. If these Terms and that agreement differ regarding the software, the End User License Agreement prevails.

5. Net Worth Ledger

Net Worth Ledger is a software tool intended to help users organize and review financial information entered by the user.

The application may generate summaries, calculations, charts, prompts, observations, or artificial-intelligence-assisted responses based on the information provided.

Net Worth Ledger does not:

  • Act as a bank, broker, financial adviser, accountant, tax preparer, attorney, or fiduciary
  • Verify that information entered by the user is accurate or complete
  • Guarantee financial results
  • Predict future market performance
  • Replace professional financial, tax, legal, or investment advice
  • Automatically access or manage the user's financial accounts unless a future feature expressly states otherwise

Users remain solely responsible for the accuracy of their information and for any decisions made based on the software's output.

Softenius LLC is not responsible for the collection, processing, retention, disclosure, security, or use of information submitted by the user to an external AI provider.

Software available through this website is subject to separate license terms, including an End User License Agreement, which you must accept to install it.

Contexta Free is free forever: Softenius LLC will not charge for Contexta Free or for the features it includes. This commitment concerns price only. It does not guarantee that Contexta Free will remain available or will continue to work with every device or third-party service, such as YouTube or an artificial intelligence provider.

The features, limitations, availability, and system requirements of a free version may differ from those of current or future paid versions.

Subject to the commitment above regarding Contexta Free and to applicable law, Softenius LLC may update, replace, limit, or discontinue a free version. Providing a free version does not create an obligation to:

  • Continue offering it indefinitely
  • Add specific features
  • Provide unlimited technical support
  • Maintain compatibility with every computer or operating system

10. Pro Versions and Future Purchases

The website may describe or display a planned Pro version of a product that is not yet available for purchase.
